• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.

• Same-day/Next-day delivery (if available) will be mentioned during checkout.

• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier issues).

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

• Free shipping offers may apply on select products or order values.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

2. Cancellation by Gift Dada

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

• Product out of stock/unavailable.

• Payment issues or incomplete details.

• Delivery location not serviceable.
  In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are applicable only if:

• The order was cancelled before dispatch.
